A great place to workDoing BusinessAshton is a town that is ready to do business. Major schemes in the area have already been brought forward including Portland Basin, Ashton Moss and St.Petersfield. Significant numbers of private sector developers are maximising the existing potential in both residential and commercial schemes. Developers include Bellway Homes, AMEC Developments and ASK Developments. Building on the success of the developments currently under way, Ashton is now aiming to strengthen its appeal to the business, retail and residential markets. It is embarking on a comprehensive two year marketing campaign - the 'Ashton Underlined' Campaign - which will promote the town and highlight further potential investment opportunities in the area. Ashton's location as a business centre, its proximity to the motorway network and highly desirable residential, retail and recreational opportunities all form key elements of the marketing campaign. The Ashton branding will be highly visible throughout the campaign and will ensure that the area's potential is well and truly Underlined. Great SupportThe Ashton Regeneration Team are available to help potential businesses, employers seeking to expand and employees seeking the right job to encourage further expansion and investment in the area.
