BRINGING TRAINING AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES TO THE HEART OF THE COMMUNITY

Working in partnership with Jobcentre Plus, our information and advice days are a great way of finding out about what’s available in the local area. Over 70 people recently came along to find out about the job and training opportunities on offer. The services also include an in house back to work advisor, Citizen's Advice Bureau Outreach worker, help with job search, completing application forms, interviews and CV preparation.

We often provide an ideal meeting place for local residents to engage with local employers and training agencies at Cavendish Mill which is in the heart of the local community. Our friendly team are always on hand to help people look for training, a job, or a change of direction in career. We have helped over 500 local residents, over 40 of them have found work and over 50 qualifications have been achieved as a result.
