St Petersfield will provide a major new urban business quarter adjacent to Ashton-under-Lyne's modern Magistrate's Court and within 400 metres of the town centre.

The site is extremely high profile with a 300 metres frontage to Park Parade and principal gateways on Chester Square and Cavendish Street.

Development is now making progress with a demolition contractor to be appointed shortly. The development will provide around 320,608 sq ft of high quality, high specification offices with ancillary leisure and retail. Office accommodation can be provided in a size range from 2,500 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft.

In addition, ASK Developments has recently appointed Planit Environmental Development Consultants to head the public realm design teams for this new business quarter.

An investment of £1.2m will be ploughed into the extensive landscaping area surrounding St.Petersfield starting with the famous Henry Square.
